Intesa Sanpaolo adheres to the aims and indications of Borsa Italiana's Corporate Governance Code for listed companies, and has adopted a governance system in line with the principles described therein (in respect of which a detailed description has been made available, explaining the changes considered appropriate), with Consob recommendations on the matter, and in general with domestic and international best practices, addressed to guarantee adequate sharing of responsibilities and powers and correctly balancing the functions of management and control.
