Intesa Sanpaolo is supporting the green development of the Abruzzo firm Scelgo with a €2.7-million S-Loan for energy self-sufficiency and sustainability investments.

More specifically, the financing will enable the Teramo-based food wholesaler:

  • to build new photovoltaic systems
  • to increase the capacity of existing installations

in pursuit of carbon neutrality and greater use of renewable energy sources.

The deal, backed by a SACE Green Guarantee, draws on the S-Loan financing that Intesa Sanpaolo has set aside for projects that meet precise criteria in terms of environmental friendliness and reduced consumption.
