Support to the growth of Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals with a €70mln loan

Intesa Sanpaolo has disbursed a €70 million loan to Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. intended to:         

  • reorganise the current debt
  • continue the development, including through inorganic growth

of the contract manufacturer operating in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetic sectors.

Intesa Sanpaolo acted as sole arranger for the disbursement of the seven-year loan.

On a cumulative basis, Intesa Sanpaolo will provide over €400 billion in medium/long-term lending over the period 2021-2026, to support the development plans of the Italian companies and sustain the real economy.
