Intesa Sanpaolo and H-FARM are collaborating to promote a culture of innovation and sustainability among the young people of "Generation Z" through training projects in the areas of artificial intelligence, cyber security, data analysis, digital transformation and the conscious, responsible use of new technologies, skills that are increasingly in demand at banks.

The collaboration between Intesa Sanpaolo and H-FARM is part of the Group's ESG commitment to educational inclusion and employability of the younger generations: to this end, Intesa Sanpaolo will also support an advanced training course in "Digital Finance for Inclusion and Sustainability" in the FinTech field at H-FARM College.

H-FARM, structured as a campus on the outskirts of Venice, is a platform where innovation, entrepreneurship and training coexist for the creation of new business models and for the transformation and education of young people and Italian companies from a digital perspective.
