Intesa Sanpaolo is supporting the Badinotti Group's growth in the United States by assisting the company in the acquisition of Pacific Netting Products (PNP), a US company based in Seattle.

Badinotti Group specialises in the supply of synthetic fibre nets and integrated structures for aquaculture, fishing, sport, security and industry. Thanks to the acquisition of PNP, which specialises in the sale of nets and other containment structures, it can continue its internationalisation and development in the target markets.

The transaction was structured by the IMI - Corporate & Investment Banking Division and finalised by the Banca dei Territori Division, through a synergistic approach that bears witness to Intesa Sanpaolo's commitment to supporting companies of all sizes capable of seizing sustainable development opportunities, both in Italy and abroad.
