Intesa Sanpaolo supports Decathlon on the road to digital transformation

Intesa Sanpaolo is supporting the digital transformation journey of Decathlon, for which it has developed a new financial solution for customer payments at the point of sale.

In particular, Intesa Sanpaolo has provided a virtual account platform that allows the company to reconcile deferred payments made by individuals or government, with a single click, and without having to involve the customer in the transaction: the solution simplifies the customer experience, makes the process more reliable, increases quality and considerably reduces the time required for oversight and administrative management.

For the project, which focused on innovating the cash-in process, Decathlon also won the "Best Transaction Management Solution" award from Treasury Today's Adam Smith Awards.
