Intesa Sanpaolo has received the Best Talent Acquisition Team prize in the LinkedIn Talent Awards: the prize – in the category of companies with more than 10,000 employees – is given to organisations that are innovating how they recruit and hire talent.

In line with its new 2022-2025 Business Plan, the Intesa Sanpaolo Group is committed to an innovative strategy to attract and develop young talent: in the 2021/2022 period, it made around 1,300 hires with a view to generational turnover and growth, as part of the broader plan that envisages 4,600 new hires by 2025, of which around 2,000 in the IT and Tech area. In addition, in 2022 more than 140 talented individuals already completed training and development as part of the Talent Programme project, which is still ongoing for about 180 people, and 170 new participants have been selected to enter the programme.

Intesa Sanpaolo is recognised as among the most inclusive, diversity-conscious workplaces in the world, characterised by:

  • innovative approaches to organisation
  • one of the largest, most articulated second-level welfare systems
  • inclusion and work-life balance projects
  • state-of-the-art training and professional development programmes, with competitive and attractive career paths on the labour market, including in the IT field
  • benefits
  • incentive plans for individual entrepreneurship
  • ability to attract talent

The Intesa Sanpaolo Group also received the Winning Play Awards from LinkedIn for the Best Advertising Campaign related to IT digital recruiting activities through its proprietary LinkedIn profile: the campaign highlighted the numerous open IT positions to support the Group's technological transformation to build and develop the bank of the future.
