Intesa Sanpaolo has signed an agreement with Salcef Group S.p.A. for the sale-back of tax credits related to the Construction Bonus and Superbonus with a tax value of €40 million.

The resale frees up the Bank's tax capacity, immediately made available for the purchase of new credits, thereby benefiting individuals and companies, particularly in the construction sector.

Intesa Sanpaolo thus continues to implement the Aid Decree, which set up the mechanism for the sale-back of tax credits to companies: in just a few months, it has already signed agreements worth €6.5 billion.

Intesa Sanpaolo is confirming its commitment to support Italy's economy in the purchase of tax credits from both private individuals and companies, with no limit on amount: thanks to the model developed in cooperation with Deloitte, it has purchased more than €16 billion in tax credits, accounting for almost 50% of the purchase market for financial intermediaries.

The Salcef Group has been active in the development and innovation of sustainable mobility infrastructure for more than 70 years.
