Green transition: "In Action ESG CLIMATE” call for ideas launched

The 2024 edition of “In Action ESG CLIMATE” has been launched; the call for ideas supports Italian start-ups and SMEs that present the best projects to speed the ecological transition with a total financial contribution of €500,000.

More specifically, prizes will be awarded to the three best projects capable of:

  • reducing CO2 emissions and energy consumption
  • promoting the use of energy from renewable sources and the responsible use of natural resources
  • fostering a reduction of waste generated and the development of the circular economy

and thus of generating a significant, measurable impact in the following areas:

  • Sustainable and Renewable Energy
  • Blue Economy
  • Smart Manufacturing
  • Agritech
  • Sustainable Lifestyle

The top three companies will be awarded grants of €250,000, €150,000 and €100,000, respectively, to carry out the projects submitted.

Candidate companies will be required to indicate operational results (KPIs) that can be achieved within 12 months from the submission of the plan.

How to nominate your project?

Interested companies have until 22 April 2024 to apply via the dedicated page.

Following a technical and qualitative evaluation of the candidates and selection by a committee of experts, the three winning companies will be announced by September 2024.
