Fideuram – Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking is promoting Digital Restart, a training programme dedicated to reskilling for unemployed workers over 40 to develop the new digital skills sought by the job market.

The master's degree programme, organised by Talent Garden, develops business data analysis skills and assists workers in finding jobs. In further detail:

  • technical data analysis skills (data collection, analysis, processing and manipulation, use of dashboards and data visualisation, data driven management)
  • more transversal skills (personal branding, team working, ability to receive and give feedback)
  • career boost activities such as one-to-one interviews with companies and workshops held by career management experts.

The programme, now in its fourth edition, has already been attended by 75 people, selected from 1,367 applications: more than 65% of the participants now have a new job.

Fideuram – the Group's Private Banking division – and Intesa Sanpaolo have made available 25 scholarships to cover the full cost of participation.

Digital Restart: course structure

The course of study, lasting twelve weeks in total, is divided into four days of training a week, with online and offline lessons, plus one day of self-study.

In-person sessions are held at the Talent Garden Milan Calabiana Campus.

The programme is intended for workers ages 40 to 50, with their domicile or residence in the Lombardy region, currently without a job, who wish to develop business data analysis skills.
