Intesa Sanpaolo: new training initiatives for young talent

The second edition of the Next Generation Executive Program dedicated to the young talents of Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division is getting under way. Its goal is to provide the skill-sets of tomorrow, capable of enhancing advisory services to clients, with a focus on strategic areas such as ESG, artificial intelligence and digital transformation.

The programme, in its second edition, is held in collaboration with SDA Bocconi School of Management and Digit'Ed.

Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI CIB Division has also launched a second training initiative dedicated to young people. Its goal is to provide them an informed introduction to the mechanisms of modern financial markets, by organizing a series of sessions, hosted by several of Italy's leading universities, entitled "Finance and Good Stories", in collaboration with Guido Maria Brera.
