Training young talent for more targeted responses to customer needs

The first Executive Program dedicated to talented young personnel within Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division is getting under way to develop, enhance and spread the Division's distinctive skills.

The training course is designed to ensure an increasingly targeted response to customers' needs in line with the strategic objectives of enhancing advisory services for all corporate clients, growing of international business and focusing closely on ESG issues.

The Program is being developed in cooperation with Digit'ed, a Nextalia SGR company and leader in training and digital learning, and SDA Bocconi School of Management, the Business School of Bocconi University.
