FAQ
What to know about registration and application
You can find all the open positions of our Group (companies and product companies) in the available section at this link. Job openings are organized by the job families (IT, Business o Governance) they belong to, by work place and seniority level.
The first step to apply to any open position is to register your profile in the relevant section of the Career Site. This section allows you to enter your personal data and upload your CV. Once the registration is completed, you can browse the open positions and submit your application with a simple click.
If you no longer remember your profile password but remember the e-mail you registered with, go to the login section and click on "forgotten password" to recover it. On the other hand, if you don’t remember the e-mail, we recommend you to register a new profile with a new e-mail address.
Enter your profile area, where you can delete your current CV and upload a new one.
If you have applied to a position, you will receive an e-mail confirming your application: you will be notified by an e-mail when any changes to your application status are made. Our recruitment team will review your application and then inform you on the following steps if your profile is in line with the requirements of the role.
You can apply to more than one job simultaneously. However, carefully check the requirements before submitting your application. While one of your application is being considered for one position, we will not be able to consider other until the recruiting process has ended.
Visit the "my profile" section and click on the "options" menu that will appear at the top right and then choose "job alerts". A window will open, allowing you to create a new job alert, according to the job position you may be interested in. When a new position of interest is uploaded, you will receive an email immediately alerting you to the new job opportunity that is available.
In the "my profile" section you can find the status of all the applications you have made in the "submitted applications" area.
If you want to make your CV available to our recruiters, you just need to create an account on our Career Site. This will allow our recruiters to get in touch with you if they have got a job offer matching your profile. However, we strongly recommend to constantly monitor our website and apply to targeted job opportunity you may be interested in.
What to know about the selection process
Our selection process starts with your application on our career site. If your profile matches our requirements, we will contact you to continue the process. During the process, colleagues in the Recruiting & Assessment Centre will assess your soft skills, while colleagues in the facility where you might work will focus on your technical skills. You will always receive feedback at the end of each phase.
It all starts with your CV. An exhaustive, clear and complete CV is the first step to get noticed by recruiters. During the interview focus on your skills and be natural.

Students and new graduates
All open internship positions are published on our Career Site. You can choose to order the results by job family (IT, Business o Governance) or you can type the word intership in the search box to get the complete list of interships
We tend to offer paid extracurricular internships, but it is possible that research may be launched for curricular internships. Check out all the internship positions among the open positions of our website.
Internships are typically offered for a maximum duration of 6 months and applicants should be able to work on a full-time basis. The internship is among the most valuable learning experience that a recent graduate can have. We strongly believe in training but also in developing the potential of young people: you will therefore be supported by a tutor who will follow you throughout your internship.
A good theoretical knowledge – the one you gain at University - is important. Knowledge, however, must be regularly updated: what you study today could be completely outdated tomorrow. This is why we primarily assess soft skills and personal traits: team working, problem solving, flexibility and planning are just some of the core soft skills to work in our Group.
Most of our research is aimed at those who are completing their university studies or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree. However, some positions are open to high-school graduates. Check out our positions to find out the opportunities available right now.
Our advice is to explore our open positions and go beyond the job title and carefully read what you can do and learn, also focusing on the requirements of the role.
