SLAM International Graduate Program

Participants will experience job rotations designed to develop professional expertise, with the opportunity to work in different areas across the Group.

Flexibility is an essential requirement for joining our International Graduate Program. Job rotations may take place both in Italy and abroad.

Throughout the program, you will be supported by a mentor who will help you identify the path best suited to your skills and interests.

Yes, an exclusive training program is provided in collaboration with a leading Italian Business School.

Your training program and all dedicated courses will take place partly in person and partly remotely. Specific details on the delivery methods will be shared once you officially join the program.

At the end of the program, after completing the job rotations, you will have gained cross-functional experience and will continue your career path within one of the Group’s areas: Tech & Data, Financial Governance, Marketing & Communication.

SLAM provides a permanent employment contract from day one.

Yes, we provide visa sponsorship for international hires.

The International Graduate Program is open to recent graduates from any academic background. 

Yes. The program is open to graduates from any disciplines. During the program, you will join an exclusive training path — in collaboration with a major Business School— where you will also acquire financial skills and knowledge.

Given the full-time contract and the preparation required by the program, you must have already completed a Master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree plus a first-level Master.

Yes. English will be essential throughout the entire program, and we will select candidates with an excellent level of language proficiency. The entire selection process will be conducted exclusively in English.

Absolutely. Previous work experience is considered a plus, but it is not mandatory.

Note: if you have already started a selection process for another position within the Group, you cannot take part in the SLAM selection.

In the “My Profile” section, under “Submitted Applications”, you can track the status of all your applications.
You will also be able to monitor the progress and outcome of each selection step.

The top-ranking candidates meeting the requirements, will be invited to the next selection steps: an online assessment, an English test and a Contest Day. Progression to each selection stage requires successful completion of the previous step.

You will work in a team to solve a business case, get to know our company and receive full information about SLAM. More details will be provided during the selection process.

It will take place in Milan. A contribution towards accommodation costs will be provided for candidates coming from a long distance.

Of course. All candidates will receive a feedback after each step of the selection process.
