The following table shows the amounts of the remuneration paid in 2019 to management and control bodies and the General Managers of the subsidiaries, as well as the remuneration paid to other Key Managers of the Parent Company who fall within the notion of “related party”. This also includes the maximum amounts of the variable portion of remuneration which shall be paid in cash and/or shares of the Parent Company, based on the Group's remuneration and incentive policy, subject to the verification of achievement of the assigned targets and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Parent Company. For detailed information concerning remuneration policies please refer to the "Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structures" pursuant to Article 123-bis of the Consolidated Law on Finance, the "Report on remuneration policy and compensation paid" pursuant to Article 123-ter of the Consolidated Law on Finance and Article 84-quater of Issuers' Regulation by Consob, as well as to the "Addendum to the Report on remuneration policy and compensation paid".
