The Contest Day
To bring the most talented people into the Group, some selections for Students and graduates culminate in the Contest Day. It's designed to offer an engaging selection process that can enrich participants' personal and professional backgrounds.
Throughout the day, selection moments - such as the recruiting game and one-on-one interviews with our assessors - alternate with real experiences, with the aim of communicating the Group's values and telling the atmosphere within the Intesa Sanpaolo world.
The Contest Day provides a unique opportunity to test your skills while having fun and expanding your network.

Before applying for a position, make sure you have checked the requirements we are looking for.

Onboarding
We innovatively designed the Onboarding experience to accompany you in the initial steps of your journey in Intesa Sanpaolo and making you feel part of the Group right from the beginning.
With our support activities people are at the center of the induction process and we offer:
- the access to a useful portal for pre-employment document exchange and information content search;
- the experience of an exciting first day of work;
- a shadowing course throughout the first year.
