The Contest Day
For an immersive and dynamic experience, certain selections for Students and Graduates will close with the Contest Day.
Between recruiting games, interviews and experiences, you will discover the values of Intesa Sanpaolo and get involved, whilst having fun and expanding your network.

Our recruiting tips
Before applying for a position, make sure you have checked the requirements we are looking for. In addition to technical skills, we look for particular soft skills: very important transversal skills in working life because they are predictive of future behaviour.
