People Care initiatives
Intesa Sanpaolo continues to strengthen People Care initiatives to promote and enhance the well-being and quality of life of individuals, in line with the 2022-2025 Business Plan and the Group's HR strategy.
The core is CareLab, a real ecosystem for well-being, with digital and in-person content, tools, and initiatives conveyed through a dedicated platform that in 2023 was extended abroad to Serbia, Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, and Croatia. The expansion abroad will continue throughout 2024.
