Green financing to the La Doria group for sustainable development

Green financing to the La Doria group for sustainable development

Intesa Sanpaolo and La Doria have signed a loan agreement for € 10 million aimed at achieving specific objectives linked to sustainability.

The credit line, with a duration of 7 years, is characterized by a pricing mechanism linked to the achievement of specific targets in the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) area.

Intesa Sanpaolo also supported La Doria by hedging the company from exposure to the risk of fluctuations in interest rates linked to the loan, with a bonus mechanism that provides for the reduction of the fixed rate paid by the company on the basis of the achievement of ESG objectives.
