“InSalute Servizi”: partnership between Intesa Sanpaolo Vita and Reale Group

“InSalute Servizi” is established as a new company of the Intesa Sanpaolo Insurance Division, born from a partnership between Intesa Sanpaolo Vita and Blue Assistance (Reale Group): it will be operating in the specialised management of healthcare and welfare provisions, with a strong focus on digital services, and is intended to support the insurance offer of Intesa Sanpaolo RBM Salute in the management of claims and the development of a network of authorised healthcare facilities.

Blue Assistance leads personal and family assistance with more than thirty years of experience and recognised professionalism and quality.

“InSalute Servizi” will manage healthcare and welfare provisions for Intesa Sanpaolo’s captive clients, supplementary healthcare funds, welfare funds, mutual companies, businesses and other entities operating in supplementary healthcare and welfare.

The project confirms the Intesa Sanpaolo Insurance Division’s growth plan in health insurance, started in 2020 with the acquisition of RBM Salute, allowing for an improvement of the overall quality of services supplied, as well as the integration and innovation of the offer.

The transaction closing – subject to obtaining the necessary authorisations – is expected in the first half of 2023.
