CIB Bank named "Best Bank for Diversity and Inclusion" in Hungary by Euromoney
CIB Bank has been named "Best Bank for Diversity and Inclusion" in Hungary by Euromoney, for its continued focus on staff well-being and development.
Among the main initiatives promoted by CIB Bank in D&I that led to the awarding of the prize:
- "Womentoring" program, running at the Bank since 2018, aimed at supporting women's career paths, with a particular focus on return and reintegration of mothers after maternity leave: it led to a very significant increase in the number of returning mothers and part-time employees
- “Women's Leadership Training”, supporting women's career paths focusing on effective communication, self-branding and career planning
- "Wellbeing Weeks": a series of events over several weeks during which staff could listen to presentations on nutrition, mindful presence and sleep, among other topics, and take part in joint outings, group challenges and quizzes. Part of the initiative was also the launch of a telemedicine service giving employees easy access to online specialist consultations, dietetic and psychological support
- Education and training through, for example, the "Master in Branch Management" for branch managers, and the "It's cool to learn" campaign, to raise awareness of the importance of continuous development
CIB Bank also supported its staff in a year of difficult economic climate characterized by high inflation.
The prize was awarded as part of the "Awards for Excellence" bestowed annually by the prestigious magazine Euromoney.
CIB Bank is the subsidiary of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group in Hungary.
