As results from the above-mentioned agenda, the Company has decided -having recourse for 2006 to the faculty granted by art. 82, paragraph 2, of the Regulation approved by the Delibera Consob 11971/1999 and successive modifications and integrations - not to publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter 2005 or the second quarter 2006, as the Annual report and the consolidated report as well as the Interim report will be made available to the public at the Company's Registered Office and the Italian Stock Exchange before the 31 March and the 13 September 2005 respectively.
Indicatively, in the days immediately following the above-mentioned Board meetings, financial data for the accounting period will be presented to the market.
