Further to the approval of all relevant Supervisory Authorities, Banca Intesa and BANCO ACAC Crédit Agricole, the Uruguayan subsidiary of the French banking group Crédit Agricole, have finalised the transfer of the operations of Banca Intesa’s subsidiary Banque Sudameris S.A. in Uruguay, announced at the end of November 2003.
