Banca intesa: fitch affirms ratings

Banca Intesa communicates that today Fitch has affirmed Banca Intesa’s AA- long-term debt rating and F1+ short-term debt rating. The Bank’s other ratings are affirmed at Individual B and Support 2. The outlook is stable.

The affirmation follows the announcement of the approval of the guidelines of the merger project between Gruppo Intesa and Gruppo Sanpaolo IMI.
