Banca intesa: standard & poor’s places ratings on creditwatch with positive implications

Banca Intesa informs that today Standard & Poor’s has placed Banca Intesa’s A+ long-term and A-1 short-term debt ratings on CreditWatch with positive implications.

The CreditWatch placement follows the announcement of the approval of the guidelines of the merger project between Gruppo Intesa and Gruppo Sanpaolo IMI.
