INTESA SANPAOLO: FILING NOTICE
Turin - Milan, 15 March 2016 - Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that, in accordance with the regulations in force and following the adoption of the one-tier corporate governance system, the Articles of Association were made available today at the Bank’s Registered Office, as well as on the authorised storage system eMarket Storage and on the website group.intesasanpaolo.com. The Articles of Association were registered in the Turin Company Register on 14 March 2016.
The new Articles of Association will become effective at the time of the next renewal of the corporate bodies. An exception is made for the provisions governing the composition and requirements set for the Board of Directors (Article 13), and those governing the appointment of the Board of Directors (Article 14), which will apply from the date of the notice convening the Shareholders’ Meeting called to appoint the new corporate bodies.
