This is in accordance with regulations in force.
The documents comprise:
- the merger plan
- the explanatory report of the Board of Directors of Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A.
- the explanatory report of the Board of Directors of Mediocredito Italiano S.p.A.
- the 2018 Annual Report of Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. (in substitution of the financial statements)
- the 2018 Annual Report of Mediocredito Italiano S.p.A. (in substitution of the financial statements).
The annual reports for the last three years of the companies involved in the transaction are available at the Registered Office of Intesa Sanpaolo.
