Asteria Obviam, a new player in impact investing

Asteria Investment Managers, controlled by REYL, is to enter into a strategic tie-up with Obviam, bringing together two Swiss leaders in impacting investing. The combination will bring to light Asteria Obviam, a player fully dedicated to intentional impact investing, focused on favouring environmental and social progress.

Asteria Obviam will be a unique and prominent asset management group, with over CHF 1 billion in assets under management, a 20-year track-record and more than 50 investment professionals.

Social impact investments represent a new generation of investments in which private capital can help create positive social impacts and, at the same time, economic returns.

From 2021, the new company born from the combination of Asteria and Obviam will be able to expand its capabities and accelerate growth thanks to the local support of REYL which was recently acquired by Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking.
