Intesa Sanpaolo Contact Centre in German Quality and Finance Institute top ten

Intesa Sanpaolo is the only bank in the top ten Italian companies of the classification “Top Contact Centre 2022/23”, run by the German Quality and Finance Institute.

The average level of satisfaction (74.28%) is significantly higher than that of the segment (59.07%). The Group comes in eighth out of 169.

The studio took into account the communication channels offered by telephone, chat and e-mail, along with customers’ opinions - a total of 94,533 - collected in May 2022 by means of a representative survey.
