S-Loan of €10million for Comat Servizi Energetici's ESG investments
Intesa Sanpaolo has granted Comat Servizi Energetici a €10million S-Loan loan, backed by a SACE Green Guarantee, to support the energy requalification projects for the buildings managed by the company, in particular through the installation of thermal coats and heat pumps.
Comat Servizi Energetici is a Turin-based company owned by Fondo Italiano per l'Efficienza Energetica Sgr and Comat Spa, with a leading role in the fight against climate change as it contributes to the reduction of CO2 emissions through energy-efficiency upgrades of Italian civil and industrial real estate.
S-Loans are tools developed by Intesa Sanpaolo to support virtuous companies in the achievement of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) objectives: they are characterised by a bonus mechanism that makes it possible to obtain a discount on the cost of the loan if specific shared KPIs are achieved.
