Financing of €70 mln to Bending Spoons for growth abroad, with SACE

Intesa Sanpaolo is providing a loan of €70 million in support of the international development of Bending Spoons, an Italian tech company that is among the most important global developers and publishers of mobile applications in the creator economy.

The transaction, backed by a SACE Guarantee, is intended to support the company in its growth abroad, through asset acquisitions and app development in the United States, South America, Europe, Asia and Oceania.

Bending Spoons is a young, highly dynamic and cutting-edge company, home mainly to engineers and scientists: founded in Copenhagen in 2013, in 2014 it moved its headquarters to Italy, the home country of four of its five founders.
