Stefano Del Punta, Intesa Sanpaolo's Chief Financial Officer, was recognised as the "best ally" of the LGBTQ+ community by the association Parks-Liberi e Uguali, which underscored his commitment in the following areas:

  • always fostering an inclusive leadership style, attentive to appreciating different points of view and all the characteristics that contribute to making each person unique
  • being one of the first to promote awareness-raising courses for both the management population and everyone in the CFO area

The Intesa Sanpaolo Group also received the "Best Improvement" 2023 award from Parks - Liberi e Uguali.
