Qorus-Accenture Banking Innovation Awards: recognition for isybank and Ellis

Intesa Sanpaolo is the only Italian bank to receive the prestigious Qorus-Accenture Banking Innovation Award, taking first place in the categories:

• "Neobanks & Specialised Players" for isybank, the Group's new digital bank
• "Reimagining the Customer Experience" for Ellis, the Digital Branch Virtual Assistant that uses AI to assist customers.

Intesa Sanpaolo was also recognised in the “Core Offering Innovation” category for Switcho, a free digital service that, from the Intesa Sanpaolo Mobile App, supports households in saving on their electricity and gas bills.

The Qorus-Accenture Banking Innovation Award aims to appraise and recognize the most innovative projects, initiatives and ideas in banking globally and this year considered more than 450 candidates from 61 countries.

Winners are awarded by their peers, with a rigorous, independent process ensuring the credibility of the awards.
