Intesa Sanpaolo and Quellogiusto Srl – a footwear, clothing and leather goods retailer based in Padua – have signed an agreement for the sale-back of building tax credits with a tax value of €27 million.

The resale agreements signed by Intesa Sanpaolo with companies, which now total €7.7 billion, allow the bank to free up capacity immediately to buy more tax credits: the Group has purchased more than €18billion of tax credits to date, accounting for almost 50% of the market for purchases by financial intermediaries.

Intesa Sanpaolo is thus continuing to implement the Aid Decree, benefiting construction companies and customers still waiting to be able to sell their credit.
