Intesa Sanpaolo, through its IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, has signed a credit facility amounting to €400 million, linked to ESG indicators, with Terna S.p.A.

The loan will have a total term of five years, with an interest rate also linked to Terna's performance on specific environmental, social, and governance ("ESG") objectives.

The transaction confirms the commitment of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, led by CEO Carlo Messina, to accelerate the transition to a low-emission economy.
