Financing of €9mln to C.E.M.E.S. for the company's new business centre

Intesa Sanpaolo provides €9 million to finance the investment plans of Tuscan company C.E.M.E.S. Spa: the resources will be allocated to the construction of a business centre in Campaldo, in the area of San Rossore.

The operation, which has recently started and is forecast for completion in 2026, will allow to group all the company functions currently located in branch offices, together in one place.

C.E.M.E.S. is one of Italy’s leading players in developing infrastructure and civil works in the railway, energy, airport and construction sectors.
