2024 Global Finance Awards: Intesa Sanpaolo named Best Investment Bank for Italy
Global Finance has named Intesa Sanpaolo Best Investment Bank 2024 for Italy, recognising the results achieved by the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division according to the following criteria:
- ability to respond to a market scenario of rising interest rates
- number and size of deals finalised in 2023
- quality of services and advice offered
- ability and competence to structure transactions
- level of innovation and network coverage.
The award confirms the commitment by the bank led by CEO Carlo Messina to serving companies, financial institutions and public entities, in Italy and abroad.
The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division operates with a broad presence in Italy and, internationally, in 25 countries with a specialised distribution network consisting of subsidiaries, branches and representation offices.
Global Finance is a prestigious US financial publication, and the awards were given by a committee of editors with support from industry experts.
