Innovation and health: Intesa Sanpaolo supports and invests in SME Radoff
Intesa Sanpaolo supports the growth of the innovative Italian SME Radoff, specialising in IoT technology for indoor air quality, by becoming a 3.75% shareholder.
More specifically, the investment will support the development plans of Radoff - which has offices in Bologna, Romagna and Sardinia - and its consolidation in its target markets: Italy, Europe and North America.
Radoff specialises in IoT systems able to intelligently monitor and remediate major indoor pollutants such as Radon or fine particulate matter: with this investment, Intesa Sanpaolo confirms its focus on highly innovative projects at the service of people's health and well-being.
The transaction comes at the end of the “Convertible Enterprise” loan granted at the time to the start-up, which was already operating in a Venture Capital context and included the possibility of increasing its share capital and the entry of new shareholders.
