Loan of €12mln to Pattern Group for new LEED-certified headquarters

Intesa Sanpaolo is financing the Pattern Group with €12 million for the construction of its new headquarters focusing on technology as well as sustainability.

The loan is backed by SACE's Green Guarantee and will allow for the construction of offices, production and logistics laboratories, warehouses and a large car park in Collegno (Turin): a new design, engineering, development, prototyping and production hub for the most prestigious fashion brands.

Combining high construction and energy efficiency standards, the new building will be equipped with a photovoltaic and geothermal system, in addition to green areas. Pattern aims to achieve the highest level of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, which evaluates energy efficiency, water management, indoor environmental quality and building innovation.

Intesa Sanpaolo is also financing the project because it will have positive repercussions for the region and the supply chain, as part of a production system that requires investments in sustainable development for the environment and people.

Pattern Group is one of Italy's leading centres for the design and production of luxury clothing and accessory lines in the fashion show segment and men's and women's first lines.
