Urban redevelopment: €5 mln for port residential complex in Senigallia
Intesa Sanpaolo is providing €5 million to support the Benni Group's “Residenze al Porto” project, dedicated to the urban redevelopment of the Senigallia port area through the construction of upmarket flats.
The new real-estate complex focuses specifically on environmental and energy sustainability and will include:
- nZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) classification with energy class A4
- a choice of high-performance insulation materials
- prevalent use of thermal generators powered by renewable sources (air and sun) such as high-efficiency heat pumps and thermal solar panels for free hot water
- installation of a photovoltaic system capable of meeting a significant share of the electricity needs for condominium use.
In addition, the project pays close attention to aspects of the building’s performance, including seismic, maintenance and quality-of-life aspects.
The loan granted to the Benni Group confirms Intesa Sanpaolo's commitment to supporting investments with a high level of innovation and environmental and social sustainability.
