Intesa Sanpaolo, through its IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, has participated in the arranging, syndication and issuing, with a pool of banks, of a "Schuldschein" €105 milion financing in favor of Bitron, with maturities of three and five years.

Bitron is an Italian family-owned multinational company operating across multiple sectors through the design, manufacturing and sale of advanced mechatronic systems.

In parallel, the company secured an additional €150 million financing with a five-year tenor, structured as a club deal, in support of its investment and development plans.

The transaction aimed at diversifying Bitron's capital sources and extending the average maturity of its debt, while substantially improving existing economic conditions.

In the overall financial transaction, IMI CIB Division acted as co-arranger of the Schuldschein and as Global Coordinator/MLA and Bookrunner of the Facility Agreement, confirming Intesa Sanpaolo Group’s commitment to supporting leading Italian industrial players.
