Intesa Sanpaolo financial advisor to Aquardens in the transaction with Eurazeo

Intesa Sanpaolo acted as financial advisor to Aquardens in the transaction whereby Eurazeo acquired a majority stake.

The real estate team of Eurazeo, Europe's leading investment company, thus carried out the first transaction of the Ezore fund, launched in December 2024 and focused on real estate assets in Europe. Aquardens's current management team will reinvest together with Eurazeo with the shared aim of supporting the company's growth.

Aquardens, based in Verona, was founded in 2008 and has established itself as the largest thermal park in Italy, offering a wide range of leisure and wellness services, including saunas, spas, massages, beauty treatments and medical services.

The transaction confirms Intesa Sanpaolo's role as a reference partner for Italian mid caps in their development and consolidation processes.
