Pool loan of €125 mln for Nextchem's strategic investments

Through its IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, Intesa Sanpaolo has taken part in a pool loan for a total amount of €125 million in favour of Nextchem, a Maire Group company.

This new credit line, backed by SACE, will mainly support strategic investments, including M&A, technological innovation, digitisation, ecological transition and R&D projects of Nextchem, the Italian company heading the Sustainable Technology Solutions business unit, and its subsidiaries.

In the transaction, Intesa Sanpaolo also acted as SACE Agent, Global Coordinator, Sustainability Coordinator and Facility Agent.
