Private Banking: Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management is operational in Luxembourg

The merger by incorporation of Fideuram Bank Luxembourg with Compagnie de Banque Privée Quilvest SA (CBPQ) has resulted in the creation of Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management, the new Luxembourg hub of Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, strengthening its position in the international private banking market.

The deal allows Intesa Sanpaolo's Private Banking Division to expand its support to Italian and foreign high net worth individuals and, in addition to Reyl Intesa Sanpaolo in Switzerland, to develop its international private banking business in areas with promising growth prospects, such as Luxembourg and Belgium.

Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management has 200 employees and serves a solid base of around 3,700 European and non-European HNWI clients, managing AUM of over €10 billion.
