INTESA SANPAOLO: STEFANO BARRESE HEADS THE BANCA DEI TERRITORI DIVISION
Turin-Milan, 12 January 2016 - Stefano Barrese was today appointed head of the Banca dei Territori Division of Intesa Sanpaolo, whose Area Sales and Marketing Manager he has been to date.
45 year-old Stefano Barrese holds a degree in Business and Economics and joined Intesa Sanpaolo Group in 1998 where, after holding several positions in Planning and Control, he finally became Manager of the Planning and Control Department of the Banca dei Territori Division. His previous professional experience was in the consulting and industrial sectors.
Intesa Sanpaolo’s Banca dei Territori Division which serves about 11 million customers, including approximately 10 million families and 750,000 retail businesses and companies, has 7 regional head offices and five central administration offices, and includes the following companies: Mediocredito Italiano, Setefi, Banca Prossima and Intesa Sanpaolo Casa. The division has total financial assets of 371 billion and total investments of 185 billion, with about 46,000 employees and 4,019 branches.
