Best Company (Large Cap) in the global ESG Corporate Award ranking for DE&I

The Group's commitment to inclusion has once again been confirmed

Intesa Sanpaolo ranked first in the global ESG Corporate Award ranking, in the Best Company for Diversity Equity & Inclusion category, among large cap companies.
The ranking was created by ESG Investing Global Markets Media Ltd, a financial media company based in UK. The assessments are carried out by an independent jury made up of financial market professionals, academic figures and experts in the ESG field.
The award confirms the Group's commitment to gender equality and to the creation of an inclusive working environment, which enhances the diversity of each individual, as also defined in the 2022-2025 Business Plan.
The award follows by a few weeks the positioning of Intesa Sanpaolo as the first bank in Europe and the only Italian bank among the 100 most inclusive workplaces attentive to diversity and inclusion according to the Refinitiv Global Diversity and Inclusion Index 2023.
We would also like to remind you that Intesa Sanpaolo has obtained further important recognitions for D&I:

it was included for the sixth consecutive year in the “Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index” (GEI)
it was also the first bank in Italy and among the first in Europe to receive the Gender Equality European & International Standard (GEEIS-Diversity), an international certification from the Arborus association issued through Bureau Veritas, still in force
it is the first large Italian banking group to obtain certification for gender equality for its commitment to diversity and inclusion according to the criteria established by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
