TCFD Report

Intesa Sanpaolo published its first TCFD Report in 4Q2021.

The TCFD Report is a document aimed at reporting climate-related information according to the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).

The recommendations cover four pillars: Governance, responsibilities assigned for the management of risks and opportunities related to climate change; Company’s Strategy, to support the transition to a low-emissions economy; Risk Management, inclusion of climate change risks in the risk management systems and processes of the company; Metrics and Targets, used to assess and manage climate-related risks and opportunities and to monitor performance against targets.
