Eurizon’s Net-Zero commitment
In November 2021 Eurizon signed up to the Net-Zero Asset Managers Initiative (NZAMI), undertaking, amongst other things, to work with the companies in which it invests on concrete decarbonisation targets and in October 2022 it published its intermediate targets for 2030.
In 2022, as part of its growing commitment towards the Net-Zero targets subscribed and published, Eurizon launched the first Eurizon Step 50 Obiettivo Net-Zero Fund that invests in global companies committed to achieving the Net-Zero objective by 2050.
Fideuram – Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking
Fideuram reviewed its Advisory model to incorporate ESG principles into the need-based financial planning and launched a comprehensive training programme for the ESG certification of its financial advisors and for private bankers employees and agents.
As of August 2022, new features have been released to enhance the advisory platform and, in particular, a new display function has been introduced showing the composition of portfolios with respect to the environmental, social and sound governance characteristics of the investments, and their adherence to the preferences of the customer is monitored over time.

In 2021, Fideuram Asset Management Ireland, in collaboration with UNICEF, launched the Fonditalia 4 Children fund, the first sub-fund of Fonditalia to be classified under Article 9 SFDR, as it pursues sustainability objectives with particular attention to the social sphere, with a thematic focus on children’s rights. The product provides a collaboration with Unicef both in defining the exclusions of securities from the investment universe and in the recurrent devolution of an amount as fees in support of some of their specific projects.
Fideuram’s Net-Zero commitment
Fideuram Asset Management SGR and Fideuram Asset Management Ireland signed up to the Net Zero Asset Managers Initiative (NZAMI) in October 2021 to achieve the goal of halving net greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and reducing them to zero by 2050 and in October 2022 they published their intermediate targets for 2030.
