This has allowed the affirmation of new business models, based on the offer of integrated products and services with high added value, an offer based on greater personalization and the expansion of collaboration opportunities inside and outside the supply chains. productive, also thanks to the fact that new technologies allow the exchange of data and information in real time between a very large number of companies.
Thanks to these developments, it is easier to create new business opportunities that require proximity to the customer, specialization, consultancy and trained professionals

In this complex and articulated digital context, skills gaps emerge that companies must try to fill, through targeted and specialized training of their people.
