The "training" impacts of digitization

In the last decade, companies have pushed with great force on digitization as a lever to position and compete on international markets.
The massive use of new devices and new digital channels has contributed to significantly transforming the world of business and commerce, making it converge towards increasingly digital and specialized services.
This has allowed the affirmation of new business models, based on the offer of integrated products and services with high added value, an offer based on greater personalization and the expansion of collaboration opportunities inside and outside the supply chains. productive, also thanks to the fact that new technologies allow the exchange of data and information in real time between a very large number of companies.
Thanks to these developments, it is easier to create new business opportunities that require proximity to the customer, specialization, consultancy and trained professionals

Skills gap, the gap between present skills and required skills

In this complex and articulated digital context, skills gaps emerge that companies must try to fill, through targeted and specialized training of their people.

For this reason, the Intesa Sanpaolo Group with the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division makes its specialized skills available to its customers and supports them in their approach to international trade with an offer of specific know-how and Transaction Banking services.
The Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore with Cetif - Research Center on Innovation Technologies and Financial Services - has long been alongside Banks and Insurance Companies to promote knowledge and research on the dynamics of strategic and organizational change in the sector.
