Euromoney awards IMI CIB as best Corporate and Investment Bank in Italy

Stability and efficiency are among the characteristics appreciated by Euromoney in naming Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division as Italy’s Best Investment Bank. The award recognizes its ability to consistently generate value, both in absolute terms and in comparison with other banks operating in Italy, as well as in growing in a complex environment.

The Group’s Inbiz digital corporate banking platform for businesses was a determining factor in Euromoney’s decision to award IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division as Best Bank for Corporates in Italy. With a 10.4% increase in new Inbiz contracts in 2023, it offers cutting-edge solutions to optimize treasury, cash and transaction banking flows, both for domestic and international operations.

The Euromoney Awards for Excellence have been considered benchmark awards for the global banking industry for over 30 years. Judging criteria include profitability, growth, relative performance compared to competitors and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Several other Intesa Sanpaolo banks, belonging to the Group’s International Subsidiary Banks Division, also received recognitions at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2024.
