Intesa Sanpaolo finances the Bertolotto Group for the Connecticut acquisition

Intesa Sanpaolo supports the growth of the Bertolotto Group, a leading door manufacturer from Cuneo, by financing its acquisition of the Milan-based company Connecticut.

The operation, which involves two Made in Italy excellences, will allow for the development of synergies for the production of a wide range of customised finishes, materials and designs, as well as an innovative type of doors for public facilities, schools and hospitals.

Bertolotto is a world leader in the design and production of interior and security doors and systems, sold in over 70 countries worldwide. Connecticut will retain its corporate identity and production facilities in Lainate.

The intervention is part of the new programme "Your future is our business", through which Intesa Sanpaolo is making €120 billion available to Italian companies until 2026 to assist them in the transformation and renewal processes needed to support their competitiveness.
